Bike Course description
- 3 laps of the south end of the island.
- The west side is nice, south side gentle up hills, east side has BRUTAL winds, north side back to town.
Bike Course tips
- Can't emphasize enough how tough the 12+ mile eastern stretch is into those relentless winds.

SUPPORTERS
Tips for supporters get the most out
of watching the event?
- Best to see the swim finish (don't worry about the start - it's point to point) and then go to town to catch the bikes coming thru, T2 and the run.
Great places to eat:
- Was actually a bit disappointed in the food overall. Rolandi's was probably the highlight.
Best bike or tri shop in town:
Best pick for accommodation:
- We were happy with Airbnb
Best things for the kids to do:
Cool things to do after the race:
Any warnings that people should know
about before entering:
- Be ready for the winds on the bike. In 2014 west side of the island seemed calm but there were 25+ mph sustained headwinds on the east side.
OVERALL
General tips:
Best thing about this
race:
- Amazing swim, neat place to be overall.
